TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview: These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your engagement with Meridian, an integrative executive coaching program offered by Dr. Ari Martell also doing business as Wellness Waypoint. By scheduling a consultation or enrolling in Meridian you agree to these terms.

Nature of services: Meridian is an integrative executive coaching program. It is not therapy, counseling, or any form of mental health treatment. Dr. Martell does not act as a licensed mental health provider in connection with Meridian. Coaching focuses on present and future goals, behaviors, and present circumstances. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or seek emergency mental health services.

Eligibility: Meridian is designed for high-achieving professional women who are navigating career complexity and life transition. Enrollment is subject to Dr. Martell's determination that the program is an appropriate fit. Dr. Martell reserves the right to decline enrollment or discontinue the program at her discretion.

Payment terms: Meridian is available on a monthly basis at $1,000 per month or as a complete program at $5,500 paid in full at enrollment. Monthly payments are billed automatically at the start of each month. Payment is due at the time of billing. All fees are in US dollars.

Cancellation policy: Monthly clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice to Dr. Martell at wellnesswaypoint@wellnesswaypoint.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. No further charges will be applied following cancellation. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

Clients who paid in full at the beginning of the program may cancel at any time by providing written notice to Dr. Martell at wellnesswaypoint.@wellnesswaypoint.org. Clients who cancel after paying in full will receive a prorated refund based on the monthly rate of $1,000 per month for any unused months remaining at the time of cancellation. Months already begun are non-refundable.

All sessions scheduled within the paid period will be honored upon request following cancellation.

Dr. Martell reserves the right to discontinue the program at her discretion in circumstances where continuation is not appropriate. In such cases a prorated refund for unused months will be issued.

Scheduling and missed sessions: Sessions are scheduled biweekly through our scheduling platform. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable window subject to availability. Sessions not rescheduled within the current phase are forfeited without refund.

Confidentiality: Dr. Martell treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Intellectual property: All program materials, assessments, and resources provided through Meridian are the intellectual property of Dr. Ari Martell and Wellness Waypoint. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties: Meridian is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Dr. Martell makes no representations about specific outcomes from participation in the program.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law Dr. Martell and Wellness Waypoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Meridian or use of this website.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
