Your career is at its most demanding.
So is everything else.
You don't have to navigate any of this alone.
Meridian is a structured program of private guidance and consultation with Dr. Ari Martell, designed to help executive women navigate career complexity, burnout, and life transition without having to figure it out alone.
Dr. Ari Martell
Integrative guidance and consultation across your professional and personal life domains.
Your life is asking more of you than it ever has.
The professional demands do not pause for the personal ones. And the personal ones do not pause for anything.
You are navigating transitions across your relationships, your family, your body, and your identity, while continuing to deliver at the highest professional level. None of it takes turns. It arrives all at once.
From the outside, the performance is flawless. Only you know what it takes to sustain it. And you were never meant to carry it alone.
You have built something remarkable. And somewhere along the way, being exceptional became its own kind of isolation. Meridian is your private sounding board, a judgment-free space where nothing has to be managed or minimized. The accomplishment and the exhaustion. The confidence and the doubt. The clarity and the fear. The strength and the struggle. All of it belongs here.

Introducing
Meridian
Where executive women navigating career complexity, burnout, and life transition find clarity, grounding, and direction
Meridian is a private, structured program of guidance and consultation delivered in regular one-on-one sessions with Dr. Ari Martell. Each session is dedicated entirely to you. Your career, your relationships, your transitions, your goals, and the full complexity of your life as it is right now.
The work is grounded in proven psychological frameworks that address how you think, how you respond to pressure, and what genuinely matters to you, translated into practical, actionable guidance that meets you where you are and moves you forward.
Clients leave Meridian not just feeling better but functioning differently, with greater clarity, stronger grounding, and a sustainable framework for navigating whatever comes next.
The Work
Meridian unfolds across four sequential phases, each building on the last. One cohesive program, four manageable steps. Every session has a focused agenda and practical guidance on simple activities to practice in your daily life between sessions. This is not therapy and does not replace it. Therapy focuses on the past. Meridian focuses on the present and future, based on your goals and motivations.
Meridian 1: Ground
The work begins here. Together we conduct a structured assessment of where you are across every dimension of your life. We identify your core values and examine the specific thought patterns and pressures creating friction and burnout. Most clients feel their first meaningful sense of relief in this phase, from having their situation assessed clearly and systematically for the first time. You leave Meridian 1 with a precise picture of where you are and a clear foundation for everything that follows.
3 sessions over six weeks
Meridian 3: Build
This is where the work shifts from insight to action. With a clear picture of who you are and what has been getting in the way, we turn toward what you actually want. We identify what you want to build, what needs to change, and where to focus your energy for maximum impact. This phase is where clients most often describe feeling genuinely energized for the first time in a long time. You leave Meridian 3 with a concrete, practical framework for moving forward across every dimension of your life.
4 sessions over eight weeks
Meridian 2: Root
With a stable foundation in place, the work deepens. Together we turn toward identity and relationships. We examine who you are beyond your professional role and how you show up in the relationships that matter most to you. High achievement brings pressure, complexity, and a particular kind of isolation. Meridian 2 is the structured sounding board this moment demands. You leave Meridian 2 with a clearer sense of who you are, what you need, and what is making this particular moment so hard.
3 sessions over six weeks
Meridian 4: Thrive
The final phase is about arrival and integration. Together we measure how far you have come across every dimension of your life. The growth is real and the progress is measurable. We consolidate everything you have built into a clear, personalized sustainability plan you carry forward. You leave Meridian not just feeling better but functioning differently, with the clarity, grounding, and direction to sustain what you have built and keep moving forward, confidently, on your own terms.
2 sessions over four weeks
Meridian 4 marks the end of the formal program. For clients who wish to continue, customized individual sessions are available on an ongoing basis, scheduled as needed.

About
Dr. Martell
Ari Martell holds a doctorate in psychology and brings a career spanning behavioral health and cross-sector organizational leadership to her work with executive women. As a former professor and department chair in health and human behavior, she understands the science of how people think, what drives them, and why pressure and change lead to burnout. She also understands, from the inside, what it means to navigate a demanding professional life alongside the full complexity of a personal one. She created Meridian because it is the program she wished had existed.
What People Are Saying
“When I first reached out to Dr. Martell I was managing a senior leadership role while simultaneously navigating a divorce and trying to be present for my children. I was functioning on the outside and falling apart on the inside. I did not know how to ask for help and I was not sure anything could actually change.
My relationships became more intentional. I stopped feeling like I was failing at everything simultaneously.
Former CustomerWhat shifted over the course of our work together was not just my ability to cope — it was my entire relationship with my own life. I went from feeling like I was drowning in competing demands to feeling genuinely grounded and clear about what mattered and why. My performance at work actually improved.
Former Customerf you are a professional woman who is holding everything together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside — and you are wondering whether investing in this kind of support is worth it — I would say this: it is the most important investment I have made in myself in my entire career. Dr. Martell does not offer generic advice or easy answers. She offers something far more valuable — a structured, intelligent, deeply human process that produces real and lasting change.”
Former CustomerInvestment
High-achieving women are among the least likely to receive support. Strength, position, and independence are the hallmarks of high achievement, but they are also the characteristics that make meaningful support difficult to access.
The women who come to Meridian have invested in their education, their careers, and the people they love. Meridian is the one investment that belongs entirely to them.
Each phase of Meridian produces real and measurable change. Not incremental. Not eventual. Clients leave transformed.
This is the investment that makes every other investment worth it.

-
Meridian is not therapy and does not replace it. It is an integrative executive coaching model focused entirely on the present and future — on the behaviors, circumstances, and aspects of your life you want to change, and what it takes to get there. If you are also working with a therapist, Meridian complements that work beautifully. If you are not, that is completely fine too.
-
Sessions are completely private. What you share with Dr. Martell stays between you.
-
Most coaching programs address either career or personal life. Meridian addresses both simultaneously because that is how life actually works. The program is grounded in an evidence-based model of human flourishing that examines wellbeing across five dimensions — positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment — and uses that framework to identify where the most meaningful work lies and how to get there. Dr. Martell brings a doctorate in psychology, extensive experience in behavioral health, and years of experience as a university professor and department chair in health and human behavior. Most coaches cannot offer that depth of expertise.
